Step 2

Choose the picture of building as the background. Go to image and select auto color to the picture better.

Step 3

Insert the logo of the MSC, Tm University and Multimedia University. To resize the logo, go to edit and select free transform. By holding shift adjust the size of the logo.

Step 4

Select rectangle tool to create a rectangle box and by using paint bucket tool fill the box with blue colour. Put this layer between the building layer and the logo layer. Right click this layer and select blending option. Change the opacity of the layer.

Step 5

Select the picture and right click on the mouse. Click on blending option and select stroke. Change the color from black to white and adjust the structure size. Choose outside for the position and click OK.

Go to edit and select free transform to resize and rotate the picture.

Step 6

Open the blackboard picture in a new document. Select the blackboard picture and insert text in the picture by using horizontal type tool. Copy this picture into the main wallpaper.

Step 7

 

Select the blackboard picture and go to edit and free transform to resize and rotate the picture. Finally the e-wallpaper is finished.
